About Me

I’m Brendan Pearl a competitive UK bodybuilder, fitness YouTuber, entrepreneur, husband, and father of three, based in Cambridgeshire.

My journey into bodybuilding wasn’t just about changing my body, it was about rebuilding my life. What began as a passion evolved into a vehicle for structure, discipline, and growth, not just in the gym, but across every area of my life, from business to fatherhood.

I co-own Boxcross UK Gym, Cambridgeshire’s leading private bodybuilding and strength training facility, where we’ve built a results-driven community centred on hard work, accountability, and real progress. I’m also the founder of The Window Medic, an independent window repair and installation business that gave me the freedom to reinvest in what I truly care about — fitness, media, and helping others develop self-belief through structure and discipline.

In 2025, I committed to a full contest-prep transformation, documenting every step, from the toughest training sessions to the most vulnerable mindset struggles. The response was overwhelming: my fitness YouTube channel grew to over one million subscribers, and my story was featured by national media outlets including BBC News and ITV.

But what I’m building now isn’t just about bodybuilding or business, it’s about ownership: of your mindset, your time, your energy, and your potential. This site brings it all together, my story, my content, my businesses, and my mission to redefine what fitness and self-development really mean.
