Same Weight. One Year Later. Two Completely Different Standards.

Both of these photos show me at 223 lbs.But only one of them reflects the standard I now live by.
On the left (2024), I’d been back training for a year after a long time away. I’d regained some size, rebuilt strength, and I was proud to be making progress again. But truthfully? I was still coasting.
On the right (2025) — I’d committed to a new level. One full year of relentless execution. No skipping meals. No half-effort sessions. No guesswork. Just structure, discipline, and ruthless consistency.
Here’s what changed:
I stopped “trying to get in shape” and started training like an athlete again
I treated nutrition as non-negotiable — macros dialled, meals on time, no compromises
I rebuilt my body from the ground up, not just chasing size, but symmetry, condition, and purpose
I stopped just “getting it done” — and started demanding more of myself
And I documented it all.The full journey’s been shared on my YouTube channel — every high and every hard truth, all while growing a business, raising a family, and chasing the dream of stepping back on stage.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “pretty well,” but deep down you know there’s more in you — you’re not alone. This is your sign. You don’t need a new program. You need a new standard.
Same weight.Same person.Completely different outcome.
